Bushes and Briars - vocal workshop
An exploration of different types of folk song arrangements
Led by David Lawrence and Kat Davidson
Date: Saturday 7 November, 10 am - 5 pm
Venue: King Edward VI High School, Morpeth, NE61 1DN
Cost: £20 (Making Music members, OAPs and groups of 5+), £22 (full), £11 (unwaged or in full time education)
This day for singing will explore a variety of arrangements of folk songs, both traditional and choral. We hope that the day will attract singers from a variety of backgrounds - choral societies, community choirs and folk singers. We are delighted to have two highly regarded workshop leaders: Kat Davidson and David Lawrence.
